Domaine du Chétif Quart is a 6 hectare family owned domaine just south of Givry in the Côte Chalonnaise region of Burgundy. Founded in 1978 by husband and wife Pierre D’Heilly and Martine Huberdeau, the domaine has been organic since inception, making it one of the longest certified organic domaines in Burgundy. With the majority of vines high up at 300-400m elevation, these are terroir driven wines of fantastic poise, finesse and drive, enhanced by spontaneous fermentations and minimal intervention in the cellar.

This is top class white Burgundy from the Premier Cru vineyard of Le Paradis in Givry. Tremendous tension and intensity with very long flower and fruit flavours, vivid, chalky minerality and an invigorating saline acid line.
