Domaine de Bablut is the Anjou estate of Christophe and Antoine Daviau. This is their exceptionally juicy Grolleau made using carbonic maceration from grapes grown in green schist and bottled without sulphur. With masses of crunchy strawberry and red fruit, this is a Summer delight straight from the fridge.
