Frédéric Cossard is a legend of natural winemaking in Burgundy, producing cult wines of renowned energy and finesse in a region not short of incredible wines and winemakers. After starting from scratch, he now has 10 hectares of vines across the region, all farmed organically and vinified without any additions. 

Chardonnay from Fred's own Les Crais vineyard in Auxey-Duresses made from whole bunches pressed directly and aged in barrel and cement eggs without lees stirring. Tightly coiled with some smoky reduction giving way to tense citrus, apple and hay.
