Domaine de Saint Pierre has about 6 hectares of vines growing in the limestone and marl soils of Arbois and the Cotes du Jura appellations. Certified organic since 2012, they ferment with native yeasts and do not fine or filter any of their wines.
Chateau Renard is Chardonnay and Savagnin made in the topped up (non-oxidised) style. An spectacular example of the power and intensity Jura white can possess with aromas of almond, citrus blossom and spice leading to a bright and tangy palate of cashew, quince, preserved lemon and pastry.
