Peter Gierszewski of Domaine de Thalie has 4.5 hectares of vines around the village of Cluny in the Macon where he grows the usual Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Aligoté, and less usual Syrah and Gamay. Peter works organically in the vineyard and vinifies naturally in the cellar with no additions save for a little sulphur at bottling when necessary.

The result of a devastating vintage, La Verre Solidaire is made from grapes bought from 5 different estates, blended and vinified by Peter Gierszewki. Medium bodied and energetic is has notes of flowers, white fruits, and citrus.
