Domaine des Côtes Blanches is located in the small village of Bué, in the southern part of Sancerre. The estate dates back to the 18th century. Today, Nicolas Millet, the ninth generation winemaker, works according to organic, biodynamic and regenerative farming principles. The property covers roughly 19 hectares across two famous soil structures: Thet terres blanches from which the domaine takes it's name - Kimmeridgian marl rich in fossilised shells, giving the wines broad texture, structure, and deep minerality - and silex - flinty soils that inject high-toned, vibrant acidity, citrus energy, and smoky, crushed-stone notes.
Gorgeous biodynamic Sancerre with aromas of white peach, crisp Anjou pear, lime peel, and citrus blossom. Vivacious on the palate with mouthwatering acidity, tension, and a rich, rounded texture from time spent on fine lees.
