Domaine des Côtes Blanches Sancerre Rosé
Country: France
Region: Loire Valley
Grapes: Pinot Noir
Vintage: 2025
Domaine des Côtes Blanches is located in the small village of Bué, in the southern part of Sancerre. The estate dates back to the 18th century. Today, Nicolas Millet, the ninth generation winemaker, works according to organic, biodynamic and regenerative farming principles. The property covers roughly 19 hectares across two famous soil structures: Thet terres blanches from which the domaine takes it's name - Kimmeridgian marl rich in fossilised shells, giving the wines broad texture, structure, and deep minerality - and silex - flinty soils that inject high-toned, vibrant acidity, citrus energy, and smoky, crushed-stone notes.
A rare Sancerre rosé made from 100% biodynamically grown old vine Pinot Noir. Super elegant and refined with notes of fresh wild strawberries, red currants, pink grapefruit, and subtle floral hints with crisp, chalky minerality and silky texture on the palate.
