Domaine des Côtes Blanches is located in the small village of Bué, in the southern part of Sancerre. The estate dates back to the 18th century. Today, Nicolas Millet, the ninth generation winemaker, works according to organic, biodynamic and regenerative farming principles.

The property covers roughly 19 hectares across two iconic soil structures: The Terres Blanches from which the domaine takes it's name - Kimmeridgian marl rich in fossilised shells, giving the wines broad texture, structure, and deep minerality - and Silex - flinty soils that inject high-toned, vibrant acidity, citrus energy, and smoky, crushed-stone notes.

Red Sancerre made from biodynamically farmed 50+ year old Pinot Noir vines. A stunningly pure and ethereal Pinot with lifted aromas of fresh red berries (ripe cherries, raspberries, wild strawberries) paired with subtle spice and delicate violet floral accents.
