Domaine Belluard is an iconic estate in Savoie with vines high up in the Alps not far from Chamonix. Under the auspices of the legendary Dominique Belluard until his sudden passing in 2021, the domaine is renowned for elevating the local Gringet variety to new heights, and producing exceptionally pure and precise wines from vines grown without herbicides or pesticides. Going forward the domaine will be known as Domaine du Gringet, with the young Ardèche winemaker Vincent Ruiz at the helm.

From the south-facing foothill terroirs of Le Pré Milleret and Chez Reydet, this is the only blended cuvée released by the new domaine in its first vintage. Spontaneous fermentation in tank and ageing on fine lees in concrete eggs and stainless steel for approximately 9 months before ageing a further 10 months once in bottle. Notes of green apple, acacia, rice water and almond with beautiful energy and length.
