Domaine du Météore is a unique Faugères estate located atop a 200 metre wide crater that was created when a meteorite crashed into the area 10,000 years ago. The low-yielding vines grow in rocky schist soils that force the roots to delve deep in search of nutrients and imbue the wines with pronounced minerality. Winemaking is low intervention with the domaine certified organic and working towards biodynamic certification. 

Lyrides Blanc is a rich and opulent blend of Roussanne and Vermentino fermented and aged in new Burgundy oak barrels for 12 months. Notes of jasmine and candied ginger balanced with fruity pear and apricot. Well-rounded and elegant on the palate with an exceptionally long finish.
