A white blend of all the Pinot varieties grown on the estate - Blanc, Gris, Noir, and Auxerrois - blended and direct pressed together. Co-fermented with indigenous yeasts in Foudre before ageing for 18 months. Unsulfured and unfiltered. A rich, expressive wine with notes of yellow apple, poached pears, Linden tea, and apple jam. Concentrated flavours, crisp acidity and orange pith on the finish make this a joy to drink.
