Domaine Georges Roumier has been based in the famous Côtes des Nuits village of Chambolle-Musigny since 1924, though it was since Georges' grandson Christophe took charge of the domaine in 1982 that the domaine began its stratospheric ascent to becoming one of greatest in the whole of Burgundy.
