Domaine Ginglinger Riesling
The Ginglinger family know a thing or two about viticulture with a history of winemaking that dates back to 1610. In 1997 under the guidance of Jean Ginglinger the vineyards were converted to biodynamics and now all wines are made with minimal (if any) sulphur and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
This is a mineral and zesty dry Riesling from grapes grown in chalky limestone soil. Ripe lemon and lime notes dominate with a zippy acidity and mouth-coating texture.
