Guilhem Goisot is a biodynamic producer making fantastic quality (and value) wines in the Auxerrois, an area between Chablis and the Côte de Nuits. 

This is a rich expression of the oft-overlooked second white grape of Burgundy: Aligote. Orchard fruits, white flowers and a round nutty finish.
