M Plouzeau is an historic Chinon domaine with 30 hectares of vines at the heart of the appellation on the left bank of the Loire. The Château de la Bonnelière around which the vineyards are planted has been in the Plouzeau family since 1846, however it wasn't until 1980 that vines were planted, and subsequently converted to organics in 1999.

This is the domaine's top Chinon made exclusively from the vines surrounding Château de la Bonnelière. Here the beautiful clay-limestone terroir gives the wine an exquisite elegance and vivid aromatic complexity that combines the scents of red fruits (strawberries, raspberries) with toasty, woody nuances and hints of coffee. On the palate, the wine is supple and full-bodied, with tannins that melt into a fine, full-bodied structure.
