M Plouzeau is an historic Chinon domaine with 30 hectares of vines at the heart of the appellation on the left bank of the Loire. The Château de la Bonnelière around which the vineyards are planted has been in the Plouzeau family since 1846, however it wasn't until 1980 that vines were planted, and subsequently converted to organics in 1999.

Classy single vineyard Loire Sauvignon that is aromatic and remarkably elegant. The nose jumps out of the glass with a vibrant blend of white peach, gooseberry, lime zest, and fresh-cut grass, anchored by a distinct smoky flint.
