The first vines of Domaine Overnoy were planted in 1982 and the estate - organic since 2014 - is now run by Guillaume Overnoy, nephew of the legendary Pierre Overnoy. The vineyards are planted with the five main Jura grapes which are vinified in a stunning ancient underground cellar. Guillaume's inspiration naturally comes from his uncle who he consults with on a regular basis. 

This is his lithe and ethereal Poulsard, almost more rose in colour than red with a lifted aroma of strawberries, raspberries and forest floor with a smoky, savoury edge.
