Pierrick Bouley is a rising star in Burgundy, and while still in his late 20s, the superb quality of his wines means they are increasingly hard to source. In total Pierrick has 9 hectares, 6 of which are in Volnay, and the average vine age is over 60 years. He works with biodynamics with very low sulphur and the end product is elegant, ethereal wines with haunting aromatics and great finesse.

This is Pierrick's super elegant and refined Robardelle Premier Cru. Sweet black fruit, nutmeg and violets at first with a touch of smoky spice. Pure silk on the palate with pillowy tannins and a cranberry acidity.
