Bottled as Mâcon but from vineyards in Pouilly-Fuissé, this is top class natural Burgundy with complex aromas of yellow orchard fruit (ripe peach, golden apple), Meyer lemon curd, honeysuckle, and roasted hazelnuts, balanced by a subtle flinty reduction. Generous and textured with a distinct creamy weight from 25 months lees contact. The rich tropical and stone fruit flavors are kept lively by vertical acidity and a saline streak.
