Sylvere Trichard of Domaine Selene is something of a rising star in Beaujolais, working naturally to make wines that are refined and polished. His Beaujolais Blanc gives good Burgundy a run for its money with ripe citrus, peach and hazelnut aromas supported by chalky minerality.
