Sylvere Trichard of Domaine Selene is something of a rising star in Beaujolais, working naturally to craft wines that are refined and polished. 

This is the first time we have received this cuvée from Sylvere and it is a real delight. Fermented with carbonic maceration and aged in concrete, it's lively, bright and pure with elegant red fruits and herbal nuances.
