Eduardo Torres Acosta is a young and exciting winemaker who moved to Sicily in 2012 to intern with one of the island's stars, Arianna Occhipinti. He now makes his own wine from 2 hectares of vines he rents on Mt Etna which he farms organically.

Versante Nord Bianco is an explosive wine we knew we had to stock the second we tasted it. Made primarily from Sicilan native Minella Bianca, it's intensely mineral with tangy citrus fruit and a mouth coating texture. Long and memorable.
