El Maestro Sierra is one of the oldest wineries in Jerez and one of the most traditional. All the wines are made in super old barrels, moved using manual siphoning, settled by time, and bottled unfiltered and unsulphured. 

The oloroso, with an average solera age of over 15 years, is layered and intense with waves of caramel, coffee, toffee, chocolate, prunes, and toasted almonds over a bone dry palate.
