Located on the rugged, mineral-rich slopes of the Roccamonfina volcano in northern Campania, Enoz is a small natural wine project growing primarily Falanghina in vineyards comprising a mix of volcanic sand, lapilli, and clay. All wines ferment and age in handmade amphora vessels housed in an ancient tuffa cave.

This is 100% Falanghina grown on the basalt-heavy slopes of the Roccamonfina volcano. The grapes spend time on the skins in amphora which coaxes out a sophisticated, savoury side of the grape. The nose is a wild mix of lemon blossom, dried Mediterranean herbs, and a distinct smoky volcanic flint. On the palate it has a beautiful, waxy mouthfeel balanced by a salty, mouth-watering finish.
