£18.50 A beautifully rounded orange wine made from the Penedès varieties Xarelo and Parellada, fermented on skins for two weeks and aged on the lees in amphora for 6 months. Spicy, savoury and richly textured with flavours of baked apple, pastry and quince carried along by firm citric acidity.
