Eugenio Bocchino Roccabella
Eugenio and Cinzia Bocchino work their vines along biodynamic principles in Piemonte. In total they have 5.5 hectares tending livestock and other crops as well as grapes. All wines are fermented with indigenous yeasts and bottled without fining or filtration.
Roccabella is Nebbiolo from vines just outside the Barolo commune. It has all the characteristic power of Italy's most famous wine with hallmark tar, rose petal and tea aromas but is much more approachable in it's youth, with the tannins still firm but finely grained.
