A red from the king of Anjou Mark Angeli, AKA Ferme de la Sansonniere. 100% Grolleau Noir from low yielding vines macerated for about 5 weeks on skins, fermented with native yeasts and bottled without fining or filtration. Pure and bright red berry fruit with a herbal lift and a hint of cinnamon on the finish.
