Elisabetta Foradori is a hero of viticulture in her native Trentino, a champion of biodynamic farming that has led the way in restoring the tradition of high-quality winemaking in the region. 

Her Fontanasanta is from a hillside site overlooking the city of Trento, where Manzoni Bianco - a hybrid of Riesling and Pinot Blanc - grows in calcareous soil. Fermented on skins and aged in old acacia wood barrels, it's rich and spicy with wild flower, honey, poached pear and stone fruit aromas.
