Elisabetta Foradori is a hero of viticulture in her native Trentino, a champion of biodynamic farming that has led the way in restoring the tradition of high-quality winemaking in the region. 

The first written document in which Teroldego is mentioned by name dates back to 1383 in the fields between Trento and Povo where a barrel of vinum teroldegum was used to pay the interest on a loan. Elisabetta‘s modern version is delicate and spicy with fresh plum, herbal deliciousness and a graphite undertone.
