Fruktstereo Daft Frukt
Fruktstereo make natural cider and fruit pet-nats in Malmo, Sweden. They work with straight fruit and nothing else, which is fermented with natural yeasts and bottled without any additives. After picking, crushing and pressing they use neutral vats to ferment the juice and bottle before the fermentation finishes to trap bubbles in the pet-nat style.
One of the flat-out funkiest ciders we've found to date! Made with 50% pears and 50% apples, the pears are left to ferment with a yeast flor which give a slight salinity and lacto character.
