Fruktstereo First We Take A Manhattan, Then We Take A Berliner
Fruktstereo make natural cider and fruit pet-nats in Malmo, Sweden. They work with straight fruit and nothing else, which is fermented with natural yeasts and bottled without any additives. After picking, crushing and pressing they use neutral vats to ferment the juice and bottle before the fermentation finishes to trap bubbles in the pet-nat style.
This is an experimental cuvee from Frukstereo, A hybrid style brewed with a Berliner Weisse style sour beer base, 50% Lukas pears, 30% Mutsu apples and the remainder piquette. It's tangy and invigorating with plenty of fruit and creamy lactic acidity.
