Fruktstereo make natural cider and fruit pet-nats in Malmo, Sweden. They work with straight fruit and nothing else, which is fermented with natural yeasts and bottled without any additives. After picking, crushing and pressing they use neutral vats to ferment the juice and bottle before the fermentation finishes to trap bubbles in the pet-nat style.
Pulp is a made from 100% skin macerated Cox apples bottled unfiltered with plenty of pulp. Funky and striking with powerful apple flavours and hints of yeast and hay.
