Idyll is an East London craft soda company using sustainably foraged wild ingredients and real juice from small scale UK fruit farms to create unique and flavourful sodas.

Idyll's latest release is a collaboration with The Rare Tea Company using wild Rooibos tea harvested in the Cederberg Mountains of South Africa. The complexity of the Rooibos (deep earthy notes, bright red berries and cedar) pairs beautiful with the green acidity of British gooseberries, sourced from small scale British farms. It’s a great alternative to ice tea or ginger ale, and mixes particularly well with Cognac, Rum and Sake.
