Iñaki Garrido makes just one wine from an old plot of Listán Blanco in the Valle de Güimar of Tenerife. The vines sit at an altitude of 1,400 metres, with some up to 200 years old and on original, ungrafted rootstocks that delve deep into the island’s famous volcanic soils.

Aged in 500 litre French oak barrels, Las Toscas is an exhilarating, focused and racy wine with tremendous power, mineral depth and mouth-watering salinity.
