Originally from the Mâcon, Jessica Litaud trained with Jean-Francois Ganevat in the Jura and then with Jean-Marie Guffens before returning the family domaine in Vergisson in 2019. In the short time since then, Jessica has established herself as one of the rising stars of Burgundy, producing concentrated, linear and precise wines from 5 hectares of biodynamically farmed vines in Mâcon-Vergisson, Saint-Veran and Pouilly-Fuissé (including several parcels of the newly classified Pouilly-Fuissé Premier Crus).
