Produced along biodynamic principles by Judith Beck in Burgenland with wild yeasts, Pink is a blend of Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch harvested by hand, pressed directly, fermented in stainless steel vats and aged on the lees with just a light filtration before bottling. Light in colour with pronounced flavours of wild strawberry and peach.
