Kevin Bouillet took over his family’s domaine in 2018 and in a very short time has taken it to great heights, currently making some of the most electric wines in Arbois, working with some seriously prized parcels, including high-altitude sites and the iconic grey marl that makes Jura wines sing.

The Arbois Blanc is 100% Chardonnay from grey and black marl soils in the lieu dit of La Lage. Vibrant and precise with notes of green apple, preserved lemon, white flowers, and a light buttery/pastry touch.
