Kevin Bouillet took over his family’s domaine in 2018 and in a very short time has taken it to great heights, currently making some of the most electric wines in Arbois, working with some seriously prized parcels, including high-altitude sites and the iconic grey marl that makes Jura wines sing.

The Pepin Rouge is an ethereal blend of 60% Ploussard and 40% Trousseau from the lieu dit of La Marcette. Super aromatic and perfumed with notes of fresh cherries, wild strawberries, and cranberries.
