Koehler-Ruprecht is an old school Pfalz estate producing rich and complex dry Rieslings that are fermented with native yeasts and vinified without any additions. 

This is their estate wine and a beautiful example of the Koehler-Ruprecht style, full and viscous with spicy baked apple, chalky mineral notes and punchy grapefruit acidity.
