Benchmark orange wine from La Stoppa in Emilia-Romagna. Malvasia, Trebbiano and Ortrugo are macerated on the skins with native yeasts for thirty days and the wine is matured half in stainless steel and half in French barriques. It's full and aromatic with some tannic structure but still retains freshness, showing complex notes of peach, pear, sweet apricot, spice and tea.
