Le Coste Litrozzo Bianco
Grapes: Procanico, Malvasia, Roscetto, Verdello, Petino, Romanesco
Clementine Bouveron and Gianmarco Antonuzzi make wine in the volcanic, iron rich soils of northern Lazio. They have around 14 hectares of land with vineyards interspersed with olive groves and chestnut trees. All work in the vineyards is done by hand and the wines are made with minimal intervention in the winery.
The Litrozzo Bianco is mostly Procanico and Malvasia, with a little Roscetto, Verdello, Petino and Romanesco thrown in too. Vinified with skin contact before a short rest in vat, it's a cloudy citrus peel and baking spice dream.
