Le Coste Ripazzo Bianco
Grapes: Procanico, Malvasia
Clementine Bouveron and Gianmarco Antonuzzi make wine in the volcanic, iron rich soils of northern Lazio. They have around 14 hectares of land with vineyards interspersed with olive groves and chestnut trees. All work in the vineyards is done by hand and the wines are made with minimal intervention in the winery.
The Ripazzo Bianco is a blend of Procanico and Malvasia fermented on the dried skins of last year's vintage. The Le Coste wines are some of the most wild and energetic we've come across and this is no different possessing aromas spiced quince, pear and preserved lemon.
