Le Coste Ripazzo Rosato
Grapes: Procanico, Malvasia
Clementine Bouveron and Gianmarco Antonuzzi make wine in the volcanic, iron rich soils of northern Lazio. They have around 14 hectares of land with vineyards interspersed with olive groves and chestnut trees. All work in the vineyards is done by hand and the wines are made with minimal intervention in the winery.
The Ripazzo Rosato is made from (white) Procanico and Malvasia grapes that are fermented on the dried skins of the grapes in last year's Litrozzo Rosato. Crunchy and super aromatic with floral and citrus notes.
