Le Coste Ripazzo Rosso
Clementine Bouveron and Gianmarco Antonuzzi make wine in the volcanic, iron rich soils of northern Lazio. They have around 14 hectares of land with vineyards interspersed with olive groves and chestnut trees. All work in the vineyards is done by hand and the wines are made with minimal intervention in the winery.
The Ripazzo Rosso is Procanico and Malvasia fermented on dried Merlot and Sangiovese skins. Juicy and ripe with red cherry aromas and plenty of volcanic minerality.
