Jean-Baptiste Menigoz of Domaine Les Bottes Rouges began his working life in Arbois as a special needs teacher before becoming increasingly interested in natural wine through his good friend and esteemed Jura vigneron Raphael Monnier of Ratapoil. Jean-Baptiste now has 7 hectares of organic vines around Arbois and works with native yeast and no sulphur or other additions for all his wines.

Boomerang is Poulsard and Trousseau from two vineyards on clay rich soils. Vinification is done with native yeasts, in wooden casks of about 600L. As you'd expect, the mineral freshness of Poulsard, plus the rich spiciness of a Trousseau.
