Les Horées Bourgogne Rouge 'Le Vieux Sage'
Grapes: Pinot Noir
Catharina Sadde of Les Horées began her career as a chef in her native Germany, working in Michelin star kitchens, before re-training as a winemaker with some of the greatest estates in Burgundy: Domaine de la Romanée Conti, Domaine Comte Armand, Marquis d’Angerville, and Cécile Tremblay. She is an enthusiastic practitioner of biodynamics, and has a penchant for low-sulphur and whole bunch work in the cellar.
The Bourgogne Rouge 'Le Vieux Sage' is from grapes grown in Pommard. Vivid and perfumed with generous fruit, chalky minerality and plenty of power.
