Catharina Sadde of Les Horées began her career as a chef in her native Germany, working in Michelin star kitchens, before re-training as a winemaker with some of the greatest estates in Burgundy: Domaine de la Romanée Conti, Domaine Comte Armand, Marquis d’Angerville, and Cécile Tremblay. She is an enthusiastic practitioner of biodynamics, and has a penchant for low-sulphur and whole bunch work in the cellar.

The Coteaux Bourguignons 'Mon Poulain' is a 50-50 blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay, the former grown in Beaune and the latter in Pommard. Expect plenty of savoury depth alongside herbal accented red and black berry fruit, delicate spice and opulent mouthfeel.
