This old gueuze is a blend of old and young lambic matured in large oak foudre. It is then bottled where a second fermentation takes place and after 6 months, the gueuze obtains a golden colour and is slightly carbonated, tart, savoury and complex. One of our all time favourite lambics, especially with a couple of years' age on it.
