Pierre Overnoy’s name is synonymous with the natural wine movement - a true icon of the Jura whose influence reaches every corner of the world of low-intervention winemaking. Working with his long-time apprentice and now successor Emmanuel Houillon, the domaine continues to craft some of the most expressive and sought-after wines from the tiny village of Pupillin.

This rare cuvée brings together two of the Jura’s most characterful red grapes: Ploussard (also known as Poulsard) and Trousseau. Both are grown on limestone and marl soils around Pupillin, farmed organically and biodynamically for decades. The grapes are hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts and aged gently in old oak barrels, with no fining, filtration, or added sulphur.

The result is a light yet deeply perfumed wine - translucent ruby in colour, with aromas of wild strawberry, dried rose, orange zest and gentle spice. Silky and ethereal on the palate, it balances fine, powdery tannins with lifted acidity and a savoury, mineral finish. A pure, captivating expression of Jura terroir, brimming with life and precision.
