Maison Skyaasen is a micro-negociant in Burgundy started by a Norwegian (Joakim) and San Franciscan (Olivia) who met at university in Vermont before moving to Burgundy in 2017. Made in miniscule quantities, these are refined, complex Burgundies that belie the young age of the estate.

Made without sulphur, the Bourgogne Cote d'Or 'Les Vaux' is headily perfumed with an aroma redolent of exotic spice, sweet red cherries, plums and a delightfully silky mouthfeel. Pure and long on the palate with savoury complexity and great fruit concentration.
